Ports of Auckland promises to finish automation by June

The automation project has dragged on since 2016 with costs undisclosed.

Ports of Auckland has committed to delivering its beleaguered automation project by no later than June 30, 2022.

The council-owned port outlined its plans for the project, which has been in the works since 2016, in a draft statement of corporate intent for the financial years from July 1, 2021
