PI chases ‘elusive’ businessman with bankruptcy notice

Creditors owed $5 million from a failed immigration scheme are seeking the bankruptcy of its architect Lei ‘Andy’ Zhang, managing director of mobile payments company MyPay New Zealand.

A bankruptcy notice was issued by the High Court on March 12, claiming the sum was outstanding from a court
