PFI buys T&G property in $79.5m leaseback deal
T&G Global will use the money to further expand its strategy.
NZX-listed Property for Industry is buying a Hastings property owned by NZX-listed T&G Global for $79.5 million on a lease back basis.
The property covers 9.56ha, with 36,000sq m of post-harvest operations, including a packhouse, two cool stores, warehousing, and 3ha of storage yard.
