Boutique fund manager Castle Point has been acquired by NBR Lister Andrew Barnes’s Perpetual Guardian Group for an undisclosed sum.

Auckland-based Castle Point has funds under management of about $350 million through three retail funds – the 5 Oceans Fund, the Ranger Fund and the Trans-Tasman
