PEP gets plump payout from private training provider

Private training provider Up Education has paid a $60 million capital return to its shareholders, as well as a $22.1m dividend, after a change to its student fee protection released cash from the balance sheet.

Up Education, controlled by Pacific Equity Partners, runs private colleges in New Zealand
