PaySauce founders cry poor to fully participate in rights offer
Asantha Wijeyeratne and Troy Tarrant are selling a portion of their rights off-market.
PaySauce’s co-founders won’t be taking up all their rights in the company’s $5.8 million rights issue and are considering selling down their rights off and on market.
Under the rights issue, existing shareholders can buy one 34c share for every seven shares held in the NZX-listed software
