Veolia ‘aligns’ water pricing, Papakura now pays same as Auckland
A ‘give and take’ arrangement as the Australian long-term water concession holder pushes down wastewater charges but clips an annual fee on homeowners.
The 55,000 residents and businesses in Papakura, south-east of Auckland, may be relieved to know their water price is now the same as that paid throughout the supercity.
That will save them paying wastewater charges that were set 55.7% higher than Watercare’s charges by their own provider,
