Two of software company Orion Health’s biggest shareholders have decided to sell 100% of their holdings through the company’s buyback offer.
According to NZX disclosures, Canadian investor Geoffrey Cumming accepted the $23 million on offer for his 9.6% stake while Pioneer Capital took $15m
