Octaviar CFO faces ASIC fraud charges

Octaviar’s New Zealand arm has repaid out-of-pocket debenture holders 32.9c in the dollar so far.

The former chief financial officer of failed Australian finance company Octaviar, David Anderson, has been charged with 26 counts of fraud following an Australian Investment & Securities Commission investigation.
