NZX issues ‘please explain’ on soaring bond yield

Sky TV has insisted there is no material information not already public, after NZX Regulation queried a huge spike in its bond yield, which went from 4.08% on March 17 to 80% on April 6.

The $100 million bond carries a coupon of 6.25% and matures in March next year but its price on the secondary
