NZME does not rule out further legal action over Stuff

Others interested in Stuff means ComCom still unlikely to back merger.

NZX-listed media company NZME has withdrawn an application to the Commerce Commission to purchase Stuff and lost a High Court bid to stop Stuff negotiating with others, but NZME has not taken further legal action off the table. 

An NZME spokesperson said “no further decision” had been made
