NZ Refining agrees pathway to import terminal switch
Refining operations could end next year if shareholders approve.

NZ Refining has paved the way for an end to its refining operation at Marsden Point in Northland after agreeing terms with two of its major customers.
In a statement to the NZX, NZ Refining said it had reached in principle agreement with Z Energy on supply terms for an import terminal operation
