No foreclosures on ASB’s watch

Bank commits to no forced sales of owner-occupied homes for the next year.

ASB says it will not force the mortgagee sale of any family home in 2021.

The bank reported a net profit after tax for the first half of the 2021 financial year of $625 million, up 4% on the same period the previous year, as income rose and expenses fell.
