NBR launches flexible group memberships

New product provides access anywhere.

Mon, 03 Aug 2020

The Covid-19 lockdown brought many changes and challenges for businesses, but it was also an ideal opportunity to rethink.

For NBR the lockdown meant subscribers using our IP licences were away from their usual places of work and needed to change the way they accessed NBR.co.nz.

Although a temporary solution was found it was clear we needed a better, more flexible way to offer access as organisations adapt to the post-Covid world.

“The Covid-19 pandemic taught us at NBR.co.nz that first-hand the need to be nimble,” publisher Todd Scott said.

“Much has changed since the start of the year, but with our 50th anniversary coming up in August we are a pure play into the next 50 years.

“The new Premium Group Membership will replace the no longer fit for purpose IP licence agreements as they fall due. We will work in advance with our partners to establish their needs and to ensure we future-proof access for the challenges and opportunities ahead.”

The new tiered Premium Group Memberships provide full NBR access to groups of 10, 20, 50 or 100 users at prices starting from $300 a month.

All subscriptions offer access anywhere, anytime, on any device. After you select a package you can then manage that group, adding or removing individuals as they come and go within your group. Billing is by monthly debit on your credit card or you can choose to be invoiced.

We hope users of the Premium Group Memberships find it as easy as one early subscriber, who commented on the user-friendly process.

I manage many subscriptions and some are so complicated that I dread any interaction necessary to keep things working. Not so with NBR! It is so easy,” she said.

To access the tiered offers click Subscribe on the home page and then the Group Membership button.

For groups larger than 100 users, contact customerservices@nbr.co.nz.
