Rubicon’s top execs leave with seven-figure payout.

Investment company Rubicon has confirmed the exit of its chief executive Luke Moriarty and chief financial officer Mark Taylor with a golden handshake.

In a statement to the NZX Rubicon said it had agreed to pay the pair a collective $100,000 in cash and nine million new Rubicon shares.
