Moody's confirms no threat to triple A status, others beg to differ

It's been nearly eight years since New Zealand lost its triple A status from two ratings agencies.

Moody’s Investors Services – the only one of the three major ratings agencies to give New Zealand triple A status – has confirmed its strong confidence in the economy.

The other two, Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Ratings, have consistently refused a rerating since making their downgrades
