Ministry of Health lays nine charges against struggling Promisia Integrative

Promisia says it will defend the charges vigorously.

The Ministry of Health has taken legal action against NZX listed Promisia Integrative after issuing two Medsafe warnings last year.

The company faces nine charges for breaches of the Medicines Act 1981 in the Wellington District Court.
