Full-year net profit of $207m in a ‘testing’ year.

Power company Mercury has posted $207 million in a “testing” year beset by drought and Covid-19’s disruption.

The listed company’s net profit for the year to June 30 was 42% down on 2019’s record $357m, largely made up by the sale of its Metrix smart metering business.
