Meat industry objects to post-Brexit quota split as 'inflexible'

The first signs of trouble for New Zealand in negotiating post-Brexit free-trade agreements with the UK and the EU have come in proposals to split meat import quotas.
The UK and the EU are proposing a 50-50 split in the World Trade Organisation-approved tariff-free quotas.
