The former auditor of NZX-listed wine exporter Marlborough Wine Estates will not explain why it abruptly resigned as the company’s auditor.
Yesterday, an announcement to the New Zealand stock exchange said Deloitte and Marlborough Wine had mutually agreed to terminate Deloitte’s engagement
