Mainzeal directors liable for $36m in damages

Judge finds Mainzeal was insolvent from 2005 through to its failure in 2013.

Mainzeal directors Dame Jenny Shipley, Peter Gomm, Clive Tilby and Richard Yan have been found liable for breaching their duties by continuing to trade while the company was insolvent.
