Life insurer Partners Group has been sold to Japanese life insurance giant Dai-ichi Life in a deal worth about $1 billion.
The acquisition of 100% of New Zealand’s Partners Life, which was founded by Naomi Ballantyne in 2010, was announced late Friday. It is subject to regulatory approval.
