Laybuy’s Catalist auction delayed

The company delisted from the ASX in March, believing its shares were undervalued.

Formerly listed buy-now, pay-later company Laybuy has delayed a planned auction of its shares on private market exchange Catalist while it finalises its latest trading results and financial accounts.

In March, Laybuy said it was laying off 10% of its staff and warned it might not hit profitability
