Kōkako has been sold to fellow coffee company Mojo Coffee Cartel for an undisclosed price.
Documents uploaded to the Companies Office yesterday showed Mojo Coffee chief executive John Holloway had become sole director of Kōkako, incorporated as Trellick Retail Innovation Ltd.
