Airline Jetstar has been accused by Consumer NZ of misleading passengers about the extent of their right to refunds and reimbursements when flights are cancelled or delayed.
Consumer NZ said it had lodged a complaint with the Commerce Commission over the alleged breaches of the Civil Aviation Act
