James Hardie seeks to shutter NZ production plant

Covid-19 plays part in potential loss of 120 local jobs.

Building materials company James Hardie intends to close its Penrose manufacturing plant and move its production line to Australia meaning the potential loss of 120 jobs. 

Production will be moved to its two plants in Australia: Rosehill in NSW and Carole Park in Queensland.
