High Court dismisses ComCom injunction application against Viagogo

Justice Courtney ruled the ticket reseller had to be served before the case could be heard.

An Auckland High Court judge has dismissed an application by the Commerce Commission to seek an interim injunction restraining ticket reseller Viagogo from selling concert tickets to New Zealand consumers in breach of the Fair Trading Act.
