Global wrap platform provider FNZ paid $40 million to acquire popular online investment platform Hatch from Kiwi Wealth last year, accounts posted to the Companies Office show.
Last November, Hatch announced it had been acquired by New Zealand-founded FNZ for an undisclosed sum.
