Global dairy index rises but whole milk powder price keeps falling
Skim milk powder was a pacesetter with a 2.8% increase.

Global dairy prices rose for the 11th successive session in Fonterra’s latest fortnightly auction, though the momentum continues to slow.
But the rise is enough for Westpac to lift its milk price forecast for the current and forthcoming seasons.
The GlobalDairyTrade (GDT) index rose 0.4%
