Fullers ferries still in the red despite record revenue

Cost increases drive results into loss as customer satisfaction deteriorates.

Most of Fullers' revenue now comes from Auckland Transport contracts.

Auckland ferry operator Souter Holdings Fullers has reported a record revenue for the year to March but higher costs kept the bottom line in the red.

Financial statements filed to the Companies Office show the company’s revenue hit $70 million this year, up from $47.5m a year earlier.
