Fonterra shareholders deliver yet another rebuke to their board
The final vacancy on the co-operative’s board has been filled.

The second election for the remaining vacancy on the Fonterra board has seen self-nominated candidate and Rylib Group owner John Nicholls favoured over the board-nominated Jamie Tuuta.
John Nicholls received 53% support while Mr Tuuta, the chairman of Maori TV, received 37%.
