Fonterra has sold its interest in Germany-based sports-nutrition company Goodminton AG, gaining $64 million on its purchase back in March 2018.

Goodminton is the parent company of German targeted nutrition business Foodspring. The New Zealand dairy co-op’s exit was part of US confectionery
