Foley Wines has received Overseas Investment Office consent to buy Otago vineyard Mt Difficulty Wines along with its property interests, winemaking and cellar door facilities.

Blenheim-based Foley Wines, which is chaired by US businessman Bill Foley, offered $55 million for Mt Difficulty Wines
