FMA fines Alliant Perpetual for failing to file accounts

The building society said it was in the process of raising capital to tackle negative equity.

The FMA says Alliant was required to file accounts by May 31.

The FMA has hit building society Alliant Perpetual with a $7500 fee for failing to file financial statements on time.
