FMA and NZX need more deep tech expertise to oversee risk

The Financial Markets Authority is considering engaging “external assurance” that the New Zealand Stock Exchange is adequately prepared for either system overloads or Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, such as those that bedevilled it in 2020.
