EziBuy sold to ASX-listed retailer for a dollar

Palmerston North-founded company was clearly in the bargain bin.

The ownership of iconic New Zealand retailer EziBuy has changed hands for a gold coin.

The controlling share in the clothing and homeware retailer, which was founded in Palmerston North in 1978, was sold in November by Sydney-based investment firm Alceon Group to ASX-listed retailer Mosaic
