Dunedin adviser ran ponzi scheme, say liquidators

Investors owed an estimated $12-$14 million

Liquidators of companies run by Dunedin financial adviser Barry Kloogh say the business operated as a ponzi scheme and about 170 investors appear to be owed $12-$14 million.

The Serious Fraud Office executed search warrants on Kloogh properties in May, after a tip-off from the Financial Markets
