Dairy prices rebound after six-month slump

Prices rose in Fonterra’s Global Dairy Trade auction overnight, snapping a six-month period in which prices fell or were flat.
The index rose 2.2% to $US2819 a tonne with the benchmark whole milk powder, which comprises half the volume sold, increasing 2.5% to $US2667/t.
