Consumer prices rose 0.7% in the September quarter, ahead of market forecasts for a 0.6% rise and Reserve Bank projections of 0.5%.
The biggest push came from the non-tradables (domestic) part of the Consumer Price Index, which includes housing costs and is the most influential when calculating
