Company director personally liable for unpaid wages
Employment Relations Authority makes order against well-known Auckland tailor.

Auckland tailor Murray Crane has been penalised $3000 and ordered to pay a former employee $20,956 in unpaid wages and benefits from his former fashion store Gubb & Mackie.
The order against Mr Crane personally was made in a ruling by the Employment Relations Authority.
