ComCom investigating Validus scheme
The competition regulator joins FMA in launching inquiry into multi-level marketing scheme following NBR’s investigation.

The Commerce Commission is undertaking a probe into the Validus multi-level marketing scheme.
The regulator confirmed to NBR it opened an investigation into the scheme in early December, but chose not to publicise the announcement.
