ComCom clears PGG Wrightson deal
No competition concerns in seeds business, regulator says.

The Commerce Commission has cleared the $413 million sale of PGG Wrightson’s seeds business to Danish co-op DLF Seeds.
The commission’s deputy chairwoman, Sue Begg, said the regulator was satisfied the deal would not substantially lessen competition.
