CO2 production to resume in two weeks, says Todd Energy

The problem forcing a plant shutdown has been identified but full capacity won't return until year end.

Todd Energy said it had identified the problem affecting CO2 production at its Kapuni plant and output would resume in stages from early next month.

The plant had been closed since December 20 because of safety concerns, affecting customers such as brewers and food processors.
