Chinese banks to liquidate CBL Corp

Liquidation is the likely outcome for CBL Corporation on December 17 when two Chinese banks owed a collective $64 million to have their application to wind up the company heard by the High Court.

A watershed meeting for creditors of the failed insurance group was due to take place by December 18
