Auckland-based film technology company Moxion is seeing a surge in interest in its cloud-based footage transfer software as border restrictions cut into the film industry.

The company, founded in 2015 by Hugh Calveley and Michael Lonsdale, capitalised on the interest and raised $1.4 million
