Arvida doubles half-year profit
The aged care company saw a 74% lift in resale gains of $9.1m compared to the first half last year.

Retirement village and aged care operator Arvida Group has doubled half-year net profit, with resales up 50% on the year before.
The company’s net profit after tax was $30.5 million in the six months to September 30, up 111% on the same period last year.
