An American property developer with ties to New Zealand bought 9.86% of New Zealand Rural Land Co (NZRLC) in its IPO.
NZX disclosures show husband and wife Clyde and Rena Holland purchased 5.96 million shares in the offer, worth $7.45 million at the offer price of $1.25 a share.
