Air NZ offers refunds on request for flagship route

UPDATE: Air New Zealand will refund customers, upon request, over cancelled flights on its flagship Auckland-to-Heathrow route.
In a statement, the listed airline said it has been refunding customers of cancelled flights to and from the US.
