AgResearch to apply for outdoor trial of GM ryegrass in NZ

Crown research institute (CRI) AgResearch has begun seeking regulatory approval for an outdoor growing trial in New Zealand of ryegrass with gene edited additions, thought to be the first application of its type in well over a decade in this country.
