ACC has overcharged businesses $100m since 2002

ACC will begin repaying businesses with interest this month.

The Accident Compensation Corporation has over-charged the newly self-employed and other businesses by $100 million since 2002.

That’s excluding GST and before interest that ACC will now repay – but it doesn’t yet know how much interest it will have to pay.
